Dilo shall not be liable for any substantial or incidental damage resulting from the sale, use or transit of any merchandise you may have purchased from us. Dilo’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise only.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The Guarantee will be granted only and exclusively to the products acquired in our establishment that are in perfect conditions; filling the RMA format and complying with the guarantee parameters
Duration of the warranty
According to the brand of the product has an established time of Guarantee; The same will be indicated with the purchase of the products.
Scope of the Guarantee
* In the event that there is no availability of products / equipment of the same model to make the replacement, it can be replaced by products / equipment whose models have the same or greater cost (paying the difference) than the equipment to replace, value reflected in the purchase invoice thereof.
* Equipment accessories such as: charger, battery, hands-free, data cable, case, among others, have a 4-month warranty.
POLICIES THAT DOES NOT PROCEED WITH THE WARRANTY
Accessories:
* Penetration of moisture, either by sweating or spilling of liquid and derivatives thereof.
* Penetration of sand and / or dust.
* Damages caused by over exposure to the sun or high temperatures.
* Excessive damage such as scratches and cracks, among others, that may give evidence of poor handling, shock and / or equipment falls.
* Violation of the security seals of the equipment, that give indications that they have been moved or broken.
Smartphone:
When the following situations arise, the team will immediately lose the Guarantee:
* Software updates, repair or replacement of parts due to wear due to normal use of the product, parts such as: housings, keyboards, touch screens (*), trackball, trackpad, flex (*), memory input port pins and SIM card, headphone input port pins and other unauthorized.
* Repair attempts made by unauthorized technical service providers outside our company.
* Penetration of moisture, either by sweating or spilling liquids.
* Penetration of sand and / or dust.
* Damage caused by excessive exposure to the sun or high temperatures.
* Excessive damage such as scratches and cracks, among others, that may give evidence of poor handling, shock and / or equipment falls.* Violation of the security seals of the equipment, that give indications that they have been moved or broken.
Important: Merchandise that is not accompanied by the RMA Reception format with the control number assigned by the Warranty / Guarantee Management Department and the corresponding Guarantee label depending on the product will not be accepted.
Recommendations: Fill out the complete RMA receipt sheets, specifically indicating the failure of the equipment, which has to be authorized with an RMA control number for its later sending to our offices.
